2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made under 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-Shows: Failure to show up without notice will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
- Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened or canceled appointment. Full charges still apply.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Rates: Prices for all hair and nail services are listed on our website and are subject to change.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
- Settlement: Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service.

5. Satisfaction and Adjustments

- Fixes: If you notice an issue with your hair or nails, contact us within 72 hours of your appointment.
- Complimentary Adjustments: Valid issues reported within 72 hours will be corrected free of charge. We do not offer refunds.

- Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property during your visit.
