1. Service Adjustments (Our Guarantee)

  • 72-Hour Window: If you are unhappy with your hair or nails, notify us within 72 hours of your original appointment.
  • Complimentary Fix: We will schedule a correction appointment completely free of charge.
  • Original Stylist/Technician: Adjustments are typically performed by the original service provider unless requested otherwise.
  • Modifications: The complimentary fix only covers correcting the original request. Changing your mind to a completely new style or color will incur standard charges.

2. Retail Product Returns

  • Unopened Products: Haircare or nail products purchased in-salon can be returned within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with the receipt.
  • Opened Products: Used or opened retail items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene regulations.

3. Gift Cards and Deposits

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Booking Deposits: If you paid a deposit to secure your booking, it is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice.
